The Precision Adjust Knife Sharpener is an angle-guided, 3-sided abrasive jig-and-clamp style sharpener that makes manual sharpening faster, easier, and more precise than ever. It features an adjustable sharpening angle that can be easily set from 15° to 30° in 1° increments, ensuring a consistent and repeatable edge. The sharpener's Tri-Brasive Rod allows for quick indexing between coarse and fine diamond and fine ceramic stone, providing a versatile sharpening solution. The V-Block Clamp secures the knife safely and consistently, and the product comes with a 3-year warranty, protecting it against defects due to workmanship or design.

The Precision Adjust Elite model adds a digital angle indicator (inclinometer) to the sharpener, allowing users to set the exact sharpening angle with precision.
